Contact form messages are sent by email to Creative Strategies and to our website support provider, The Hillary. A copy of each message is also kept in a private, password protected area of our web server so inquiries are not lost if an email fails. The server also records technical details such as your IP address and the time of your message to prevent spam.

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. The blog uses a single security cookie only for staff who log in to write posts; visitors reading the blog are not tracked. If tracking tools are added later, this policy will be updated.
